Before installing and using this application please read carefully this info. This application was developed as a student project for the Software analysis and development Course at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Organization and Informatics (henceforth referred to as FOI). Aplikacija ClimbCro omogućuje korisnicima lakše snalaženje i praćenje informacija prilikom planinarenja i penjanja na planinama. Bilo da se radi o profesionalnim penjačima ili rekreativcima, aplikacija nudi razne informacije potrebne korisnicima tom tipu korisnika. Ona je zamišljena tako da će korisnicima omogućiti da kreiraju svoj profil, te snimaju svoju planinarsku rutu preko GPS satelita. Na tu snimljenu rutu korisnici mogu dodavati naziv, lokaciju, opremu i opise kojima bi se drugim korisnicima olakšalo planinarenje i smanjila mogućnost neke nesreće. Sama aplikacija bi trebala olakšati penjanje ali i učinit ga zanimljivijim i naprednijim, odnosno omogućit da korisnici prate i uspoređuju svoje rezultate. Također korisnici mogu dodavati točke na mapi i dodirom na ekran(ne samo preko GPS uređaja). Kod pregleda rute nalazi se i vrijeme koje je bilo potrebno da autor rute prođe tu rutu te ostali podaci poput visine, udaljenosti te točke interesa koje su dodane na rutu tokom snimanja.
