In partnership with the Department of Education’s Bureau of Alternative Learning System (DepEd BALS), Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) developed this app in line with its efforts to promote mEducation in the country, or the use of mobile technologies to enable learning, especially for students that do not have access to formal classroom learning.
