View up to pass month of earthquake events around your location for any magnitude of earthquake. Get list of earthquake events around the world of any desired date, magnitudes, and / or depths. Or see earthquake events throughout the globe on USGS earthquake map website. Data source is from USGS. Instructions: -It is recommended to use setting to set query parameters when launch the app for the 1st time. -“Nearby Setting” controls information around your location, and “List Setting” controls information of earthquake list. -Internet should be connected at all time when the app is in use. -If there is query error from USGS, a pop up window should show information what is wrong, so query setting can be changed accordingly to avoid the problem. -For earthquake around your location, google static map may show error when too much data is obtained. Try to limit radius and/or magnitude to reduce data size. -When obtaining your location for the 1st time, please wait 5+ sec to ensure location information is obtained. -After location is obtained for the 1st time, the location is stored inside the app. Therefore, acquire location again only when new location is needed.
