A brief test application for implementing background blur effect for Android using android.support.v8 RenderScript support library. Or Glass Effect in iOS7 terminology. Application isn't fully optimised but may give some ideas how to improve the implementation. Namely, one might want to reduce unnecessary blur draw calls in case nothing has changed in the view background.
