Park&Go @SG is a mobile application developed by Continental. This parking lot searching application helps drivers find available parking places with indicative rates near or towards their destinations before they embark on their journey. We aim at resolving congestions in Singapore especially in the city area where parking availability can be a challenge. In addition, the application provides information on available lots in residential areas to reduce the time drivers spend on finding parking places. We have also included a series of new ideas in our application. Please look out for the improvements and new ideas that will be embedded in our new releases over time. • Search parking places near your current location or the destination by entering an address • Provides real-time parking lot availability • Predicts the parking lot availability on arrival • Indicates handicap parking lot availability in HDB parking places • Shows car washing service availability in HDB parking places • Real-time traffic conditions in navigation map • Sends SMS reminders on arrival including parking location, parking rates and arrival time Contributed by the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) lab: Continental, A*STAR's Institute for Infocomm Research (I2R), and Technical University of Munich (TUM CREATE) Note: Do not forget to switch off GPS after use this app to prevent fast battery draining
